Writing allows me to explore stories beyond a single moment. Through my screenplays I create characters, relationships and worlds that explore love, family, culture, loss, and the choices people make. Some of my stories take place in a familiar environment, while others explore imagined worlds inspired by culture and history. What connects them is my interest in human experience and how people respond to the circumstances around them.
