Same ideas, different forms

Hi, my name is Tamaradeinyefa Phoebe Oyimi Omare, and I go by Phoebe Oyimi.

I aspire to become a screenwriter, filmmaker and photographer. I am deeply interested in storytelling, particularly in exploring the human mind, emotions, relationships and culture.

I am a child of God, a daughter of Zion, and my faith is an important part of who I am. It naturally finds its way into the stories I tell, not necessarily because I am making a Christian film or photograph, but because my relationship with God shapes how I see and understand the world.

Through photography, I enjoy capturing the emotions and details that often go unnoticed, from body language to small expressions. In screenwriting, I love developing complex characters and discovering the reasons behind their actions, even when I do not fully understand them at first. I am particularly drawn to romance, family relationships and action, especially stories that explore intimacy and meaningful human connection.

I see storytelling as a way of expressing emotions and experiences that words alone may not fully capture, inviting people to feel, question, and see beyond what is immediately visible.
